With the beginning of a real Autumn day filled with wind and rain, this is how the new show from Maria Imaginário started. But that didn’t stop people to get in to the latest show to take place at Montana Shop & Gallery. Curated by Yellow Pants Gallery, Maria Imaginário released a great set of paintings on the subject of heart/love, and a massive and surprising installation of a heart stealing the show. From the humor set on the pieces, to the classical “Menino da Lágrima” (boy with a tear), to a packed show, the rain was not enough to stop people from coming. The works were displayed very cleanly and with just the right amount of space to breath from piece to piece while wandering on the show. Some pics of the night inside.
