Proud to announce that a new urban art festival is about to begin, outside of the main cities of Portugal. WOOL is the name of the festival to take place in Covilhã, and it’s a pun between the word WOOL and its near-homophone WALL. Artists like ARM collective, Vhils, Btoy and the Inside Out project by JR are already part of the festival, which will have several on going events during the next months.
