This recent piece by MrDheo comes as a direct response to what has been happening to graffiti in Porto. CMP which stands for “Porto City Council” is roughly translated into “Porto Censorship Council”.
This year Porto’s Mayor decided to buff the entire city, painting over hundreds of pieces. They’ve made a public war against graffiti.
